Oggi la bellezza si compra in farmacia

Le farmacie che vendono prodotti cosmetici in modo molto consistente sono oltre il 70% e quelle che intendono aumentare l’offerta in ambito beauty sono circa il 33%. Il rapporto fra cosmesi e farmacie è incluso nella terza edizione del ‘Beauty Report’, indagine sul valore dell’industria cosmetica in Italia condotta da Ermeneia, patrocinata da Unipro, Associazione italiana delle imprese cosmetiche e presentata oggi a Roma.

”I farmacisti intervistati considerano strategico aumentare il business del benessere e della bellezza che ha ampie potenzialità e ricercano alleanze con l’intera filiera produttiva delle industrie cosmetiche per migliorare il servizio beauty per i clienti” sostiene Nadio Delai, Presidente di Ermeneia e responsabile del rapporto che ha coinvolto 280 farmacie e 80 imprenditori del settore cosmetico della penisola.

”Una risposta per ogni problema della pelle o difetto estetico, alta formazione del personale addetto alla vendita dei prodotti di bellezza, questi gli obiettivi comuni fra farmacisti e industriali del settore. I primi chiedono in particolare di sviluppare attività specifiche di formazione degli addetti che si occupano di prodotti cosmetici anche attraverso l’uso di eventuali fondi interprofessionali, sviluppare capacita’ di fare impresa con la conseguente preparazione strategica e gestionale del segmento e creare eventuali reti per gestire meglio sul territorio l’offerta di prodotti cosmetici, coinvolgendo più farmacie insieme”. Anche il 79% degli imprenditori italiani del settore cosmetico considera la farmacia un canale di vendita fondamentale che va incrementato.
