Estetica: con Self-lifting belle da sole

Addio alle punturine e, soprattutto, al bisturi in favore delle terapie dolci, per ringiovanire in modo sano e progressivo, senza effetti collaterali. Il naturale è il nuovo trend delle cure estetiche. Tra i metodi più innovativi c’è il self-lifting (chiamato anche bio-lifting), portato in Italia da Joanna Hakimova, biologa e ricercatrice dell’Accademia di Scienze a Mosca, specialista in bioestetica. La studiosa, che paragona il viso a una scultura da modellare con automassaggi, creme e ginnastica facciale, ha pubblicato il libro Self-Lifting,

Come cancellare le rughe da soli (ed. Red), in cui illustra come sia importante allenarsi con semplici esercizi di ginnastica per il viso da eseguire al computer, in auto o anche quando si compiono gesti abitudinari, come parlare o mangiare. Il metodo comprende anche un massaggio microcircolatorio da eseguire dall’estetista, ma la ginnastica è di sicuro il punto focale.

“Bisogna lavorare prima sulla tensione del muscolo e poi spingere fuori una parte del viso – spiega l’autrice – Ogni movimento va ripetuto fino ad avvertire bruciore, stanchezza e indolenzimento: significa che il muscolo sta lavorando, produce acido lattico, si irrobustisce e diventa più voluminoso. Consiglio di cominciare intorno ai quarant’anni, ma si può anche anticipare per prevenire l’invecchiamento cutaneo”.

Gli esercizi hanno nomi di animali – pesce, coniglio, tartaruga – per essere più facilmente memorizzati. “Per ottenere i massimi risultati bisogna avere coscienza del muscolo che si sta usando – aggiunge Hakimova – Per questo, anche se ci si può allenare in ogni momento, la cosa migliore è farlo di fronte alla specchio, per verificare che l’esercizio sia corretto ed evitare di far spuntare nuove rughe”.

Un’altra tecnica molto interessante è Fit’nFace, messa a punto da Silvia Pengo, che si è dedicata alla cura del viso dopo un diploma Isef e una specializzazione all’Università di Bologna in Scienze e Tecniche delle Attività Motorie. Durante un corso di stimolazione cutanea in Germania, Pengo ha imparato a utilizzare uno strumento per la ginnastica facciale munito di manipoli che emette vibrazioni meccaniche contraendo i muscoli.

Secondo la Fit’nFace (di cui si tengono seminari intensivi in tutta Italia), le rughe, in modo particolare quelle intorno alla bocca e agli occhi, si accentuano notevolmente con la contrazione espressiva: distendendo i muscoli si possono attenuare. Altro accorgimento è quello di una corretta alimentazione: per esempio evitare i cibi salati alla sera, per non svegliarsi al mattino con la bocca tesa e contratta per l’arsura.

Della stessa scuola di pensiero è lo yoga facciale, praticato da attrici come Gwyneth Paltrow e Jennifer Aniston. Di origine americana, è una disciplina naturale che dimostra come sia possibile distendere i lineamenti in modo soft. Gli esercizi, da ripetere con costanza tutti i giorni per una quindicina di minuti, coinvolgono contorno occhi, guance, tra le sopracciglia, fronte, collo e mento. I risultati sono già visibili dopo una settimana.
